Pastry Seminars 2008

The Minneapolis Pastry Seminars 2008 will be held March 30 - Apirl 1, 2008 at the Arts Institute International Minnesota. Guest instructors inculde: Susan Notter, Andrew Shotts, Marshall Rosenthal, Fredrico Flavio, Stephane Treand, Bronwen Weber, and many more.

Four evening demonstrations will be free of charge to all attendees, and include: Business Planning March 30, Ewald Notter March 31, and Bronwen Weber April 1. These demonstrations will be available to the general public for a fee.
