GSWRBA Summer Expo and TCA Workshops

The Greater Southwest Retail Bakers Association is hosting a Summer Expo and TCA Workshops July 20-22, 2008 in Austin, Texas. The workshops will be held at the Texas Culinary Academy on Sunday, and Monday many bakery and food suppliers from all over the United States will be avialable. Tuesday, there will be a tour of several Austin bakeries, vinyards, and the state capital.
