Class with Colette Peters

Take a class with Colette Peters July 22-25, 2008 in Roswell, Ga., to learn how to create gumpaste peonies, orchids, and lilies. She will also demonstrate icing embroidery and airbrush techniques. Each student will create a three-tiered cake at the conclusion of the class, and the total cost is $1,200.
