Lida Snow owns and operates Cakes By Lyda, a custom cake shop outside Louisville, Ky., and is a licensed cake-decorating instructor. Her work has appeared in several publications in addition to her regular contribution to ACD. She currently serves as President of ICES, is a member of the Wilton Hall of Fame, and works actively with 4-H and the Kentucky Girl Scouts Council to promote the art of cake decorating
