Ice the second cupcake with tan buttercream, following steps 2–4. Using tip #104 and tan buttercream, pipe a ring around the top edge of the cupcake, with the narrow-end of the tip facing down. Cover the top of the cake with crumbled graham crackers, smoothing and pressing them into the buttercream with an offset spatula.
