Step 2 Load a pastry bag with tip #10 and bright green buttercream. Pipe a teardrop on the outside edge of the blue circle, just below the midpoint of the cake so that the teardrop's tip is just past the midpoint. Be sure to build up the icing at the rounded end to form the frog's belly
