Step 13 Continue piping the duck's wings on the side of the duck's body by creating 2 teardrops facing up and out, one offset from the other. Load a pastry bag with orange buttercream and tip #4, and pipe a beak. Hold the tip to the surface of the duck's head, then pipe a small spiral, ending in the center. Slowly release pressure as the tip is lifted away from the head to form a point. Following the same technique used for the frogs' eyes, pipe 2 small eyes on the duck directly above the beak.
